Celebrating the Class of 2026
On Monday we celebrated a momentous occasion,听the听Class听of 2026听graduated听at听University College Dublin鈥檚听prestigious听O鈥橰eilly Hall.听It was a wonderful day,听blessed听with spectacular weather,听as听students were celebrated by teachers,听friends听and families alike.听
Graduation Day is one of the most important days in our academic year, as it听marks听a听significant听moment听in听every听student鈥檚 life,听where听one chapter听closes and听the future听lays听wide open.听This day gives students the opportunity to reflect on their听journey听with us at The 91制片厂听and听reflect on听the听tremendous听personal听&听academic听growth听achieved听since they first walked through听our听yellow doors.听听
The听day听was filled with moments听that will stay with our听students for听years to听come. Heartfelt speeches from teachers听and student听representatives听highlighted听the strong听relationships听that have听been built听within the听Class听of 2026,听both听in and听out of the听classroom.听
Academic听Awards听were听also听presented听across听all听Leaving听Certificate听subjects,听a听physical听token听to听acknowledge听students who听showed听exceptional听dedication听and听a听passion for听learning.听
Among the听many deserving听students听recognised听on the听day,听two听awards听celebrated听exceptional听contributions听to听life听at听The听91制片厂听of听Education.听Elvira听Aswani听was named听Student听Of听The听Year听for her听outstanding听academic听achievements,听determination听and听motivation听throughout听her time听at the school.听Whilst our听second听award,听Student Contributor听Of听The听Year,听was presented to Ho Bao Phong Le,听whose听kindness,听encouragement听and support to fellow students听helped foster a听positive and uplifting听school听environment.听
This year鈥檚 graduation听was听special as听we听took听the听time to听recognise听some听of听our听longest听serving听teachers;听these听educators听have guided and helped students听to听achieve听their goals听here听for听more听than听20听years.听Anne-Marie听Walsh,听Keith听Hannigan,听Tara听Lyons,听William Murphy,听Carole听Oiknine,听Oliver听Murphy,听Jean Kelly,听Sean听Delap听&听Cian Hogan听were each presented with an award for their听unwavering听commitment to the school and听our听students.听Their dedication听continues to shape and inspire generations.听
Alongside听speeches from听our听Principal听Yvonne O鈥橳oole听and听Deputy听Principal听Aideen听Corr,听we were听delighted to be听joined听by听Tim听Fish, CEO of听Dukes听Education.听In his address,听he praised the resilience听and ambition of听the graduating class, reminding students听that听while they now leave as alumni, they will always be听part of听The听91制片厂听of Education听wider听community.听听听
